PRINCIPAL
Brian has a unique skillset that enables him to be effective in managing multiple activities all while streamlining the process for every client, allowing them to build, create, and develop with ease and confidence. As Principal of BuildCore, Brian provides leadership and guidance with project management, pre-construction, construction, and business strategy all while using clear and open forms of communication. Brian is continually driven to exceed expectations for our clients, partners, and team members.
Throughout Brian’s 25-year career, his focus has been on development and entitlement, for new construction and renovations in multiple sectors including hospitality, healthcare, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family residential. He is known for being highly organized and delivering high quality results. His extensive skills in project management have been invaluable to many clients not only during the construction phase, but also preplanning, preconstruction, and development.
Brian holds a BA from The University of Northern Iowa. He has donated his expertise to outside development and construction projects for multiple non-profit organizations, including The Reading Center, Law Enforcement Memorial, The Veterans and Emergency Services Museum, and The Children’s Museum of Rochester. Brian is actively involved in the community serving on multiple non-profit board of directors including Bear Creek Services where he has held executive committee leadership roles.

Geno Rebellato
PROJECT Manager
As Project Manager for BuildCore, Geno Rebellato puts his 10+ years of construction management experience to use. Owners’ representation, tenant improvement projects, and large scale remodels are among some of his top responsibilities. He works in direct support with company Principals, to actively participate in the growth and development of the organization.
The BuildCore Team relies on Genos assertive nature, attention to detail, and leading spirit to ensure that each detail of every project is thoughtfully executed, in an effective and timely manner.
Genos background showcases a variety of professional experience within construction, sales and business operations.
KYLI STAUDACHER
PROJECT COORDINATOR
As a Project Coordinator for BuildCore, Kyli Staudacher puts her strong organizational skills to work continually. Creating, reviewing, and maintaining reports and project documentation are among her top responsibilities. She also focuses on schedule management and the accounting aspects for BuildCore including payables, receivables, and invoicing.
The BuildCore Team relies on Kyli’s collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and hard work ethic. She thrives in organizing projects to keep them on time and within budget.
Kyli has been with BuildCore since the beginning and has helped shape the culture of exceeding client’s expectations in every aspect. Seeing a project through completion is part of what she enjoys most.
Her background includes studying accounting at Winona State University and has held roles in customer service and as an executive assistant.
