FAIRWAY MEMORY CARE

The Fairway Memory Care, now known as Cascade Creek Memory Care, started construction in June of 2020.  The project met many challenges due to the pandemic.  Rising material prices, delayed deliveries, and new safety regulations were a few of the challenges presented on this project.  The project team has worked through the challenges to keep the project on schedule and budget.  

Cascade Creek Memory Care is a 45 unit and 50 bed, two story memory care project in Rochester, MN.  The project is being overseen by BuildCore as the Owner’s Rep and Construction Manager.  BuildCore led the design with Lantz Boggio Architects of Denver, CO and with design build contractors for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.  BuildCore also bid out and negotiated the General Contracting contract and hired TLS Companies to complete the work.

The memory care project has a brick, EIFS, and cement board siding exterior.  The interior includes office space, two dining rooms, a bistro and full-service kitchen.  BuildCore has managed the construction, kitchen equipment, low voltage consultant, and the FFE procurement throughout the project. 

Construction completion will be the end of May 2021 with a full Certificate of Occupancy by late July of 2021 once all furnishings are placed, and ready for residents starting in August of 2021.
